Faction ship offers will probably be re-examined at some point - they weren't changed at all for the LP Store, so I wouldn't expect them to reflect any patterns. When it comes to tags, if you go by the NPC base price the tags for frigate modules ...

It looks like the Khanid Medium Armor Repairer offer is exactly in line with the Amarr one - it's a large number of tags, but it's the "correct" large number
